Lot of Prince magazines, fanzines, ads, clippings, pictures

Hard to describe but here is a huge lot of Prince magazines, fanzines, ads for fanzines, magazine clippings, postcards, etc.
Not everything is pictured since I can only post 12 photos.
I had been buying Prince stuff since the mid-80's (most of the stuff here is Parade through about Diamonds and Pearls) and cutting out album reviews and other snippets from newspapers and magazines.  I just found this and it's time to let someone else enjoy it.
The vast majority is Prince but there are some clippings of Wendy & Lisa and other associated artists.  I had some stuff in a binder with the "peel and place" type pages.  There are 28 of those with clippings in each side.  I checked a few and none of them are stuck - they could be removed if desired.  Most of the clippings are originals but there are a few photocopies here and there.
The magazines/fanzines shown are all complete.  The two Spin magazines are shown in 2 pictures - there are 2 copies of each one.  The high plains reader is the issue from when Prince played Fargo - there are 9 of these.
There are 12 national (not like the Fargo one) magazines - calling these each comes up with 0 and everything else free.  I think that's a fair price for this lot.
Most everything is in very good condition or better.
