    Appox Length 5"
    Approx Width  1-
    3/4"
This magnificent wine tasting spoon with soft scalloped edge has curved handle and plateau for thumb rest.
It is beautifully & delicately embossed scene of what appears to be youngster milking a cow in the interior bowl.
The end of the handle features a animal head  and a young child with flowers or possibly a musical instrument in each hand with rabbit beside him.
This gorgeous tastevin is hallmarked with a lion and key, a thick letter 'D' (indicating this piece was possibly made in early 1800's).  There is  and an additional mark which I cannot decipher.
    I am a private individual.
The piece is in gorgeous condition, considering the age.
It has been preserved beautifully by the family.
    The detail is exquisite and
truly an elegant addition to any collection or private sommelier.
