    Extreme duty, heavy power loudspeaker for replacing missing woofers in vintage Cerwin Vega cabinets B-36, L-36, SL-36 or any cabinet where cloth edge woofers were used. 600W/rms, 1,200W/program or 2,400W/peak. Use with any amplifier with up to 1,100 watts RMS per channel. Hole size required; 16 5/8 inches. Vintage cabinet woofer holes are usually 17 inches. Modern (Chinese) cabinets may have 16.5 inch holes. Huge, 4 layer voice coil makes for brutal, high power bass output in folded horn cabinets. Larger magnet with bumped back plate protects against damage due to sonic accidents. Sound character; very high efficiency, punch bass style. 100% USA made, just like old school.
